Along with “traditional” recruitment (sending in a CV,making a video presentation, interviews with managers, etc.), thecompany organizes recruitment sessions without a CV. Six to eightcandidates per session are interviewed by managers, and the latterare not aware of their background. The managers therefore basetheir opinion solely on this collective interview (standard recruitmentquestions, mainly concerning the position to be filled and “soft skills”).
